Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

In the event of high order volumes, please allow for slight delays. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to ship promptly.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated and shown at checkout based on the destination and the weight of your order.

Customs & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Double Trouble Darts is not liable for any delays or fees incurred by customs processing.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking will typically be active within 24 hours.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it’s been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you in resolving the issue.

We offer free local pickup from our store in Leeds. To use this option:
